I DON’T LIVE IN MICHIGAN…CAN I STILL WIN ON WITL? Unless otherwise specified, contests are open to State of Michigan residents only.We don’t recommend it since prizes must be claimed in person and most prizes (such as movie passes, restaurant gift certificates, etc. are for local events/establishments.And, for larger prizes such as trips, travel is out of various Michigan airports.If you do live out-of-state and win a “general” prize (such as a CD), see mailing instructions below.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE CLAIM MY PRIZE IF I CAN’T GET THERE? Cumulus Media does allow a winner’s authorized representative to claim small prizes. In order for someone else to claim your prize, they can present their valid photo ID with matching address (within the same household) or must present a copy of the winner’s photo identification if address is not the same (not residing within the same household). All major prizes must be claimed by the winner.Parents/legal guardian can claim prize for winners under 18 years of age.
CAN A PRIZE BE MAILED? Cumulus Media does not mail prizes. The only exception is for winners who have a handicap which prevents them from driving, and are unable to have someone else claim the prize for them. All requests for mailing a prize must be approved by Jordan Lee. Because of size, some prizes cannot be mailed, and the winner agrees to forfeit in these cases.Some prizes may be mailed if the winner makes arrangements to send a self-addresses/stamped envelope and the prize(s) will be mailed back to them. Time/expiration date sensitive materials may not be able to be mailed.If mailing does occur, the winner understands that if any prize is lost, damaged or destroyed it will not be replaced. CAN I REQUEST MORE TIME TO CLAIM A PRIZE? All prizes must be claimed with 2 weeks/10 business days of winning.If, for any reason, a winner is unable to appear within that period of time, we will grant a 1-week extension upon request.This request must be made to and approved by Jordan Lee who must be contacted directly by the winner at 517-887-3290 or jordan.lee@cumulus.com prior to the prize expiration date.However, some prizes are “time sensitive” (such as concert tickets, movie passes or have an expiration date).
CAN KIDS WIN? WITL offers “WITTLE KIDS” each weekday afternoon @ 4:40pm as an opportunity for those listeners 13 years of age & under to win “family” prizes.Other opportunities for those 14-17 years of age also occur randomly.Unless otherwise indicated, all potential winners must be 18 at least years of age (some contests requiring travel require winners, and sometimes traveling companions, to be at least 21 years of age).

IT HASN'T BEEN 30 DAYS SINCE I LAST WON, BUT I WON AGAIN...CAN I WIN AGAIN AND GIVE SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME? No. To make it fair for everyone, the prizes are non-transferable. Whomever wins is the name we have to put in the computer. Be sure you are eligible before playing for prizes. If you are ineligible, we will go to the next caller or play the contest at another time.
